Low-Fat Diets Flub a Test - New York Times - recent studies show that low fat diets don’t work. I am in the process of dieting at the moment so this is of particular interest to me. I’ll talk more about my experience in the near future.

Why The Economy Is A Lot Stronger Than You Think - a good look at how the US measures trade and deficits. The suggestion is that intangibles such as intellectual know-how isn’t collated properly and that in a knowledge driven world this is the most critical part of our value add.
