Innovation is a paramount activity in the changing world since it goes with day to day preference
It responds to daily challenges by the fact that new ideas, creativity emerges as responses to the prevailing issues

Does anyone now how IBM have used technological innovation of their PC's to create a competitive advantage?

It is funny how you mention Dell, Wal-Mart, and innovation in the same sentence, without further qualifications. As far as I can tell, they do innovate in the supply-chain and logistics areas. Not much innovation though as far as their products/services are concerned. They perform a well defined and necessary function in their own eco-systems--pushing most everybody else in their industries to achieve higher efficiencies--but I am not going to make idols out of them.

Cheers, fCh

innovation is amile stone to change and shape the undertanding of the people to turn their thinking in new direction on the newly developed product to its value added
