Adrian Trenholm

I really like the learning point about 20/70/10. I remember hearing a conference presenter say that all firms contain "team players and team slayers."

His argument was that you cannot let the team slayers, (Welch's 10%?) bring down the team, so you must - with respect for their dignity - move them to jobs in which they are not required to work in teams and if that doesn't work, ask them to leave the organisation altogether.

Why do I deserve your spare copy of Winning? Because I am the first to comment?

Do I win?

There was an old writer named Jack
Who fancied himself as a hack
But when it came to Fred's Vespa
Sir Jack he did whisper
I'm a guru, not sir a quack

I'd like to start investing in either stocks, forex or futures but am relatively new to trading... can someone recommend which would be better to start with... or can someone recommend a site that can compare these markets and perhaps show pros and cons? Thank you

Hi Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, a cool site I like
